Am back from National Service!!
But I really really miss NS so muchhh!!
many many many things happened, both good and bad.
So many pictures to upload, so much to blog, so little time~

Halfway Through NS and I'm Lovin' It~!

National Service is MUCHO FUN!!

It truly is!
When I first got to know it, obviously I was shocked and in daze.
But when the day finally came for me to report to NS, I was pretty hyped up.
And now I can honestly say I never regretted entering NS!

There are so many nice, friendly people there!
It is truly a whole new different experience.
Washing my own clothes (fook hoy said he wants to blog bout it),
meeting new friends, close encounters with MONKEYS!, waking up at 5am to jog at 6.30am.
Every weekends, it's cleaning the dorm and washing toilets *pukes*
In our camp, girls are addressed as "Wirawati" and boys are called "Wira"
We have for main companies (groups) :
- Alpha
- Bravo
- Charlie
- Delta

And I'm a proud Delta-ian! Each company has 2 dorms which has 30 inmates as we're called.
Every night without fail, our beds will be covered with bugs and god knows wat!
But I made alot alot of new friends there and I'm having a GREAT TIME!!

I feel like I'm turning into a housewife because when it rains, the only thing I care about are my clothes hanging outside!
And when I have free time, it's not playing computer or watching Grey's Anatomy or reading comics but it's more like polishing my shoes, cleaning my locker, sweeping the floor, washing clothes and ironing my clothes!

Our day starts at 6.30am everyday and ends at 11pm every night.
But since I attended NS, my sleeping hours has been cut into 1/4! sobs, no more naps for me!
I really miss PJ and all my kith and kins hereeee!! (yea especially u, YFH) haha
Will be reporting back to the camp on Sunday.
And the next week, we will start our M16 training! (yea baby!!)
And we'll be sent into the jungles for Navigasi training!

Just wanna shout out to everyone: take care and please make available a date to yam cha with me after March 11th!

I Am Back From National Service!!

But just for Chinese New Year break that is.
NS is super duper fun!
And so is CNY!

I got pretty dark right now and I bet when I come back frm NS on March 11th, I can change my race to an Indian.
Came back on 24th January and will be reporting back to NS on 1st feb.
Just came back from Perak and I'm already missing NS!

It was the earliest breakfast I had which was at 6.30am.
Then we headed out to the beach in Langkawi.

Langkawi Escapade 3

We also visited the cable car park.
Our Langkawi tourguide mentioned to us that he was pretty afraid at first to board the cable car as it was very high up and very steep. Furthermore it is bounded by only a thick metal thing.
So it kind of stirred up anxiety in most of us.
We had to walk quite a distance around the park to get to the cable car station.
Rest assure Aileen, Amanda and my mom were chickening out while boarding the cable car.
When we finally boarded the cable car, Amanda and Aileen were screaming and holding on to the whatever grips they can find!
whew, it was steep alright but the view was beautiful.

There were 2 stations, but we stopped at the last station which was the highest up(710meters above sea level)
When we reunited with the whole tour, the gang told us that they could hear us screaming our heads of in the cable car.
We climbed up to the highest podium and the view is simply amazing!
very windy though!
there was this stairs leading to the highest podium and I saw many males crowding around the stairs looking downwards.
So curiously went there to check out what were they looking at.

A prove that all males are hot-blooded, they were staring at this European tourist who was wearing the most low-cut blouse and had a Pamela Anderson sized boobs.
She was sitting there having her potrait drawn and the males were staring from upwards at her, yea, u guessed it, her boobs.

After enjoying the view, we headed back and boy, the return trip was even steeper!
We headed back to the Langkasuka hotel which had this cooling and beautiful ambience.
Shared a room with my aunt and Aileen. The room was nice and big.
So while the night was still young, Aileen and I ran back and forth to my parent's room and then to my cousins' and grandpa's room.
After a game of Monopoly with Amanda and Aileen, we hit the sack.
Woke up 6am in the morning, eyes still half asleep, brushed and washed up then we went for breakfast at the Sunset Restaurant.
After breakfast, we headed to the beautiful, clean beach and collected lots of sea shells!
Hit the swimming pool after beach for a dip.

Checked out(rather reluctantly) and then we went to duty-free shops to buy chocolates and liquors.
Boy, we bought so much chocolates that the tour guide joked that half of Langkawi's chocolate stock has been wiped out by us.
I love Cadbury's Caramello!
Had lunch and it was back to the jetty point.
And it's bye bye Langkawi.
Absolutely love Langkawi!

In the bus, the tourguide started telling Chinese riddles and hamsup jokes!
freakin funny!
Am really going to miss Langkawi!

Went to Galeria Perdana which houses state-of-the-art paintings, structures and artsy stuff.
Had to pay an extra RM3.00 just because I wanted to take my camera in with me.
The place was big, beautiful and the monuments were so pretty!

After Galeria Perdana, went to Underwater World.
The aquatic lives were so cute! well, some of them.
It was a nice place and after Underwater World, we boarded the bus and headed to Dataran Helang.
We were all pretty bushed out by then but stuck it up and put on a smile for pictures anyway

From Langkawi, With Love

Langkawi was awesomely FUN~!

My whole family, 2 cousins, aunt and grandpa joined a tour to Langkawi which included one full day of sightseeing, a plethora of hotties, picturesque sceneries and tons of fun!

My family, cousins and I drove down to Perak to unite with the tour. After we boarded the coach, the tour guide, Mr.Soo explained what to expect.

Sat with Aileen and both of us played with the seats which were so cute~ The journey started at 12am and we slept in the vip coach. Could hardly sleep as I was pretty excited and we reached at about 6am, just when I was about to sleep, we reached. I'm like hey!

After freshening up, we had breakfast and then it was off to the jetty!

We waited for our 8am ferry and the toilets *pukes* we P.U. gross!
When the ferry finally arrived, we stepped out to the deck and what a beautiful scenery we witnessed.

The ocean was calm and serene.

Had to wait for the others to board the ferry.

Julius was on the tour too!
The tour guide wanted to know how long he takes to style his hair every morning.

After reaching Langkawi, we went to the Yatch area where it was in front of Dr.M's bread bakery. The cheese mousse was yummys! and so were the other bakeries too. The yatches were nice but the the sun was pretty sunny which resulted in mata sepets.

The LangKaWi Escapade 1

Our Langkawi tour guide, Mr.Michael is one efficient and talkative guy.
I really mean it when I say talkative.
Even Natasha and Dhinisya rolled into one can't beat him!

He gave us this code so that we won't get lost.
When we ask, "How is Langkawi?" We have to answer in mandarin "Fei Shiang Hao!"

We headed to Langkawi Geoforest Park and took the speed boats to explore the mangrove swamps,bat caves and the fish farm.
The whole tour of about 28 people spilt into 3 speed boats and my speed boat driver was the experienced one. While the other driver was the middle one and the other speed boat driver was the young and handsome one. haha darn
We strapped on our life jackets and headed to the Bat Caves and Mangrove Swamp area.

When we reached the Bat Cave, boy, the stairs leading to the checkpoint was so steep!
Mr.Michael said do not say anything about the cave being smelly as its a myth that it will 'disturb' the spirits in there.
The cave had lots of stalamites and stalatites and it was really dark and slippery.
Amanda held on to the railings for support and the tour guide suddenly said "Don't touch the railings, they are covered with BAT POOP~ "
After touring the bat caves, Mr.Michael brought us around the mangrove swamps and asked who can name the roots.
smiled in my heart thinking "hey it's in my Biology book"

Later we alighted the speed boat and watched eagle feeding and fed monkeys too.
Monkeys are good swimmers~ The more we fed them, the closer they were getting to us and they even attempted to jump into our boats!

The fish farm was really nice! The fish farmers bred a variety of aquatic lifes.
They let us touch sting rays and demonstrated how to feed them.
And at one point, a few weird and unique aquatic creatures were passed around to let us touch and see.
All of a sudden this boy turned and passed me a wacky looking shell fish and I got a shock and almost fell to the back(we were standing on planks) and behind me was baracuda fishes.
Luckily mum caught me. whew!

The speed boat driver drove us to the Kilim Geoforest Park area to take pictures.
We headed back with a fast speed ride~ weeee

Today is the of my dearest daddy's birthday!
Yesterday my sisters and I were brainstorming with poems for daddy and I came up with some humourous poems about Aileen which I think she'll strangle me if I post any of em here~

Here's one for dad:
In terms of fighting spirit we know u're the toughest,
Deep down in our hearts we feel u're the nicest,
Mum,Aileen, Ash and I just can't seem to find your vices,
And whenever we want to buy something you never ask for their prices!

When we were young you always gave us piggyback rides,

Summit Shopping Spree~ Wee!

Ok, I've decided.
My fingernails colour will be black and blue this holiday season.
But I'm planning to change it to black and red for Christmas!

I'm still in that post-SPM celebration mode and woke up at ehem let's just say after 12pm..
Watched a chinese drama series with mum and sisters, Gem Of Life.
I love that show!

Later went to Summit USJ to shop with family and my aunt's family.
As usual, Amanda and Julius were all dressed up for a concert.
(psst.. I love Amanda's spiky boots)

We literally swept every floor of Summit to shop.
They have really nice clothes there and at a reasonable price too!
But dad and uncle went of for their own shopping spree, on automobile items.
Almost every boutique had unique and nice dresses and cute heels too!
For dinner, we ate at Bamboo Garden which had a pretty nice atmosphere.
But one thing for sure is that Summit's toilets are phee-u gross!
After every single shop started closing, we went to meet up with dad and uncle who were at Starbucks drinking their bitter coffee and cappucino.
Ooh, Aileen bought Selena Gomez's "Another Cinderella Story", watching it tomorrow.

The Curve & Ikano Outing Post-SPM

Woohoo! Right after our last SPM paper, we headed to the Curve as we had major chilling out to catch up with!

Went there with weevisikins at around 5pm.

Reached there and it was raining cats and dogs.

While waiting for the rest to arrive, weevz and I went for shopping!

August 8, nafnaf and nichii had nice outfits!

Then we walked over to Ikano and went to the pet store and goshes, the puppies were soooo cute!

There were some other cut3 animals and some freaky ones (read: snakes, indo frogs and this weird amphibian fish which has legs but looks like an alien)

When everyone finally arrived, we met up at Kim Gary's and snapped pix while waiting for our table to be cleared.

And had a jolly good time with u guys!

After food, we walked and shopped.

And somehow we ended up in Ikano when every store in Curve started shutting down.

Later in Ikano, we found ourselves in "Snow Wonderland" complete with a humongous xmas tree, an Abominable Snowman and polystyrene snowflakes!

EMANCIPATION AT ITS BEST~!

SPM IS OVER~!!

I have been waiting for eons to actually be able to officially say that!
I have finally been broken free from my SPM shackles and yes, it has been a long way.
I will definitely miss high school dearly, a pretty defining moment in my life.
And most of all I'll miss all my peers I have gotten to know and love along the way!
SPM took up 3 weeks of my life and finished off with EST~

We took some quirky pictures as momentos. Sobs, missing you guys already!
I just received a letter from the National Service department and I got posted to Templer's Park, Rawang. Can't wait!!

I just can't wait to start my post-SPM life~!

The SPM Soiree

Ok, SPM is just less than a week more!!
And the last time i checked, i was able to count the days left till SPM with 3 digits~
11thNovember2008 will be the start of the much awaited examination
and 27th November 2008 will be the mark of our freedom!!
But till then, I think I'll be abstaining from blogging and keep my head in SPM.

Ah! Just can't wait till post-SPM!!

Abdul Haq's Hari Raya Open House & A Night With Dhinisya

A week before, I received a call from Abdul Haq, he's inviting Dhini and I to his open house.
And it was on the same day as Kin Kit's party in NZX, so I thought we couldn't make it.
When I told him, he was like "hello it's in the evening!"
So right after the birthday party, Dhinisya and I attended Abdul Haq's open house.
And boy, his house was really nice!
Abdul Haq hasn't changed one bit! still a lil softy lofty as ever!
We sat down and chatted with other primary friends and reminisced about the good old days.
Haha we brought up some nicknames for the host, Abdul Haq--> Haqi Boy and Abduli which we happily called him throughout the open house!
The whole open house was like a primary school reunion! Although he invited many of his sec school friends.
Out of randomness, when his elder brother sat down in the living room too,
I asked Abdul Haq, "Is that your brother?"
He said, "Yea, that's my older brother."
I'm like, "He's HOT"
whoops!

After mingling, touring his house, eating and chatting, Dhinisya's dad and uncle picked us up to her house as my family was still shopping.

But we did study, in the spirit of SPM we did 2008 MRSM Physics paper which her dad gave to us.
We were outside chatting and talking and her dad was like "girls, go into the room to study ok?"

Kin Kit's Celebration In NZX

Wee Vien, Kin Kit, Sapphira, Siang Yee, Siew Mee, Fook Hoy, Huichuin, Wen Kai, Seng Keat, Kok Shien and Audrey went to the famed NZX in Ara Damansara to celebrate Kin Kit's bday earlier.
Sappy and I met up with Wee Vien and then with the boys.
Took a few snapshots in between.

Later, we headed to 100 degrees for some steamboat.
Sadly, the chocolate fountain had some technical difficulties.
The steamboat lunch was good and filling!

Loved the sauce area and their mirror ;)

Just this Saturday, Aileen and I watched "House Bunny" in 1U during our weekly family shopping day.

Assuming that it was some slapstick comedy, we bought tickets for the movie while my parents and Ashley passed.

And boy, that movie was downright hilarious alright!

Anna Faris, from "Scary Movie" fame is convincing and funny as the bimbotic Playboy bunny who gets kicked out of the Playboy Mansion.

With limited survival skills, she has to get a job in order to survive.

She ends up being the house mother of the outcast sorority house, Zeta Alpha Zeta.

Unless they can sign new pledges, they will lose their house to their rivals, Phi Iota Mu.

She changes their lives and yes, they change her's too.

If one dives deeper into the plot, you will find out that the true meaning of this movie is to accept yourself for who you are and just simply work it!

One of the funny one-liners mentioned were , "Eyes are like the nipples of your face"

The characters were no doubt hilarious especially Anna Faris' and the outcast Zeta!

This show is a must watch for all who loves a light-hearted comedy!

-Why do I sound as if I'm writing a review... Oh well

Career Day Exhibition and wandering around in Giant Hypermarket!

It has been awhile since I last blogged! And I'm glad to be blogging again.

9/10/08, most of Form 5's attended the Career Day Exhibition in Stadium Kelana Jaya.
We reached there around 9am and was forced to wait in the crowded pathway which was thankfully shaded!
A lady who looked like she's in charged was talkin with a wireless microphone which Sapphira and I doubted that it even worked all because there was hardly any sound emitted from it.
Ooh, I met up with old friends from my primary school! missed u lotz adelene!

We finally reached in the hall which was pretty much packed and I accidentally stepped on a guy's foot (sorry!).
Toured for half a round with Sapphira and Sook Ting then went on with Wee Vien, Kai Ru to continue the tour.
Met up with the guys in front of the Sunway University booth and then we headed outside after chatting.

Outside the hall, I snapped a myriad of pictures and "kap chai and kap lui" with huichuin.
haha but to no avail!
Before leaving the stadium, Adelene called me and we stopped to chat and to take pictures.
After quite some time, I realised I LOST the gang!
I was like wat in the worllddd!
Quick thinking, I looked for Badrul (because he's the tallest and easiest to spot) and after scanning the surroundings, I found a figure which resembled Badrul.
When I walked there, he was a chinese Badrul! Got the wrong guy frm another schooL!
I backed up and searched once more and finally found Badrul and made a mad dash there.
I was reunited with the pack at last! whew

We boarded the bus and headed to Kelana Jaya's Giant Hypermarket for food!
When we reached there we looked as if a bunch of students ponteng-ing and lepaking coz we were still in our school uniforms.
We were forced to part ways when Kai Ru wanted to go to Secret Recipe for food and the others decided otherwise.
Kai Ru, Wee Vien and I were happily eating when suddenly I heard someone calling "Audrey, Audrey!"
I turned my back and to my shock, I saw Hoi Hoong rushing towards our table!
He told me that his wallet containing his IC and RM20 was missing and boy, he was so restless.
After food, we met up with the rest of the gang in KFC and went wandering and shopping around Giant.
Realising it was already 12.30pm(the time required for us all to meet up in the bus), we made a quick dash to the bus parked outside and were among the last to reach there..
It was a really fun day and got to spend quality time with friends before leaving for NS. sobs!

It's the last day of puasa and my dad booked 5 tickets for the Ramadhan Buffet in Tropicana Club House.
The venue was awesome and the food was scrumptious!
We were later joined by my dad's friend who brought along her cute baby!
As I'm typing this, the seams of my jeans are literally bursting haha!
but the had a good time there!
Ahem ryan, there were many malay dudes in baju melayu there!
Haha even the waiters wore em! i guess it's just my luck eh? haha

R&R in Port Dickson

After a long month of exams , I finally had some much needed rest!
And Port Dickson offers just that!!
My uncle from US and cousin and her daughter from Terengganu tagged along for this trip.
Reached Port Dickson at around 2pm and checked in the hotel.
After settling down, we headed for the huge pool!
And check it out, they have a slide bebeyh!

Whew, how exams can deprive one of their Internet life.
Sobs, itz has been almost a week since I've last posted my ramblings here.
Tomorrow 5A will be facing Physics paper 1 and 2.
And in the midst of Malaysia's current politicking, my friend is right now transferring the actual Physics paper 2 but it seems that the connection is very very very slow!
Bought a super cute green floral dress from curve yesterday and I love it!
Going to PD for some R&R on Friday!
I really need some R&R after a grueling month of exams!
Ok, bad news, the physics paper 2 is in an unrecognised format which this computer cannot open or save!

As the week comes to an end, I felt a huge sense of euphoria because there was one more subject left on Monday which is Physics. But then teacher had to deliver a monstrosity of a news.
"THERE WILL BE GERAK GEMPUR / DIAGNOSTIC TEST UNTIL 25TH SEPT"

What!! All my hopes of catching up and watching my beloved Bollywood movies are dashed!
Archie and Doraemon comic books will be replaced with text and reference books.
My trusty handphone will be replaced with a scientific calculator.
Oh well, but on the brighter side, I had a great time shopping today in Ikano and came across this super cute tag used to ward of shoplifters.

Demise Of Dear Aunt

Another loss of a loved one within a month.
My dear aunt passed away on 7th September 2008 and as shocking as it is, it was a hard, bitter pill to swallow.
We were there by her side in Sunway Hospital when she breathed for one last time.
Her brothers and sisters and son were there too, all distraught by the fact that she has left us.
She had a gregarious character and was very caring.
It's just very saddening and shocking that she has passed on.
Till now the doctors can't diagnose what had caused her death.
But life has to move on.
Wherever she is now, I hope she will rest in peace and she'll be in our hearts forever.

Mel's Birthday (crazy) Party

Whoa, Mel's friends sure do know how to throw a wild party!
My cousin, Melinda Koo Mew Leng celebrated her birthday recently in her house and family were invited too.
It was a pretty unassuming party as everything seemed well, normal.
But all of her friends were above 25 years old so "The Cousin Gang" (Michelle, Bryan, Ashley, Aileen and I) were like one of the youngest.
They brought tons of champagne glasses and white and red wines.
Haha so yea, we helped ourselves to the wine.
So after dinner we went to the kitchen and took pictures.

All of a sudden Mel asked us to go upstairs to her room.
And we wondered why she was so adamant with it.
After much contemplating, we relented and went to her room.
A little later, Aileen and Bryan went downstairs to drink water.

They burst into the room with hysterical laughter!!
And they said "THERE ARE STRIPPERS DOWN THERE!"
Without hesitant, Michelle and I hurried downstairs and peeped from the stairs.
Freakin heck, there were strippers!
Before we could even finish the show, her trusty friend spotted us and shooed us back to the room!
And next was a cake shaped as a penis!! grossnessss!!
Complete with strands of hair!! (made from icing of course!)
*pukes*
But I managed to snap a few pictures of that hideous cake while they weren't looking.
Later, her friend sent a 12 years old girl to the room which we were in because she too is "underage" for those stuff.
We could hear screaming and cheering from downstairs!!
Man, we wanted to go down so badly! haha!
After the whole thing ended, we came down to go back home but darn, the strippers were gone (",)

Kids. Do you know what little kids are good at making??
Noise! Ear-shattering noise.

My sister, Ashley celebrated her 10th birthday and she invited her friends.
And boy, were they full of energy!
Before the party, we went out for some nice ol' bak kut teh and squeezed in a few pix on the way home.

At home, bryan came over to help with the deco and after that i think we developed a "phobia" of balloons. Coz they kept bursting! in our faces!

When all the food was spreaded out and the decos put in place, Ashley's friends started to arrive.
Aww, the girls were so cute!!
A few of them were pretty witty and blunt (won't mention who thou).
We ate and took pictures.

Then the kids started bugging me about the games and I'm like "Hold up! lemme breathe!"
Aileen and I hosted a few games:

-passing the balloon (more like tossing the balloon in their case)

Then, the best part, unwrapping prezzies!
I've gotta admit, I kinda like a few of Ash's presents. *snickers*

Whoa, I really miss blogging babez! It has been long since I last blogged!
Couldn't go online all thanks to my broadband and wifi!

Anywayz, my side pop-up msn window is popping up like crazy because zizi fly is spamming my facebook album hahaha zizi!
Whew, tiring day today is. Mum dug me out of bed early at 10am(pretty early for my Sunday standards!)
Took a shower and went out for vegetarian brunch. I love vegetarian wa tan hor!
Then went to visit my ailing aunt in ss2, gosh i miss her!
Later, we hopped over to the MPH clearance book sales and bought tons of books!
including sophie kinsella, cecilia ahern and two *ahem* adult romance novels. explicit explicit.

Daddy bought yummy cuppa cupcakes and we were spoilt for choices! yummies.
My mum's friend baked this super cute barbie doll cake as tomorrow is her birthday.
Meanwhile, Ashley's super cute friend, Clariss(my baby doll) celebrated her bday in her house and they took pix which I'm broadcasting right now.

Ryan called and we chatted. Gosh I miss that boy! and i miss online-ing too!
Got ready for chemistry tuition and found out that my super serious chem teacher has her dead-pan hilarious side! Finished our syllabus and started revision.
Trials starts on 2nd September and ends on 15th Sept with Physics.
Gosh I just can't wait.
Went to mc donalds for some ice-cream and I started to think out loud to my family sayin,
"How often will I get to eat mcD ice cream once I enter NS?"
"How will I bathe?"
"Will I still have to do aquatic activities if my period comes??"
goshes, it all started with a sundae ice cream.

Class Party 5A 2008

" 5A 2008 is my favourite class year,
this is because all my classmates are so dear,
the clarity of our friendship is just crystal clear,
and if they ever need me I'm always here. "

Our last class party together. To think of it, it is pretty saddening as I mucho love u guys!
So many obstacles we have overcame together and the last hurdle would have to be SPM.

To celebrate our momentous year together as a class, we threw a pretty impromptu party!
All were present except Yee Ling, Aleena, Salman and Shahida (wished u guys were here)

Had our party after school in the canteen.
But before that we had a LONG talk by PTPL college on hospitality, health science and science technology after reccess.
The talk was pretty fun and informative, but had to excuse myself after the 2nd talk to order pizzas and invite teachers.
Dominos pizza proved their efficiency by delivering the 10 pizzas earlier than expected.
The poor pizza man, called my 4 times but I didn't pick up.
Pretty much his fault ain't it for arriving earlier than the time they promise?? haha jk.

When the pizzas arrived, everyone huddled down to the canteen and we arranged the nosh laid before our very eyes.
Once everything was ready, we WANTED to wait for the teachers' arrival before we begin our party.
However, due to the excessive pumping of gastric juice and secretion of saliva by the glands at the sight of the glorious food spreaded out before our very eyes, we had to officially start the party ;)
After we attacked the food, we settled down and digest our respective nosh.
A little while later, Pn.Loi and Miss Foo arrived and so did Miss Ngui, Pn. Wong, Pn. Rajeshwari, Miss Leong and Pn. Tie.
We were so worried that there was not enough food for the teachers as we had a big appetite too but we were wrong, there was quite a lot of leftovers.
Wee Vien, Kai Ru and Mei Ling went to pick up the yummylicious cake with the help of Pn.Kee's driving expertise.
Mmm mmm mmm, I had so much food that the seams of my baju kurung kain could have gave way!
In between eating, we took lots of pictures and fooled around.
Pn.Loi called me to ask me to bring food to Pn.Kee, so rui zhi followed haha!
Pn.Kee didn't want the cake, so we gave it to the hardworking kakak ;) ain't that right zizi?
This year's class party however, was pretty quiet and tame. hmm wonder why.
But nevertheless, I enjoyed myself with my amiable friends!
When almost everyone left, some of us helped to clear up the place after constant warning from the canteen staff.
Was pretty surprised that we managed to clean the mess up and one thing prevailed very clearly, Wen Kai is the quintenssential househusband! ahhaha

Albeit this class party was pretty rushed but wonderful memories of 5A will always remain with me for pretty much forever and to sign off, here is another of my 5A poems :

BBQ in Talipon

A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Friends do show their true colours when we are in a dire state of desperation.
From there we can seperate the kiss-ups and the true blues.
But for now, it's becoming pretty clear for me and I just want to thank God for blessing me with all my buddies which I have now.
I just wanna hug all of them and give them one BIG kiss! because for better or for worse, they play such a vital role in my life.
Lolx surprises on my birthday will definitely be etched in my mind till the day I have a bigger bash. Nah, just kidding! It'll be with me for the rest of my life.

Ooh! Special thanks to Fook Hoy who helped me out with the cbox thing.
Had a bad hangover this morning from the coke and rum yesterday and had to drag myself out of bed for add maths tuition.
Adm tuition was super cold again but today, it was colder! So cold that I had to excuse myself from class to walk up and down the stairs for a few rounds to warm myself.

Wee Vien, Mei Ling, Siew Mee, Fook Hoy, Kin Kit, Kok Shien, Huichuin,Seng Keat and me went to TALIPON for a BBQ/Steamboat dinner.
Ate so much that I could have exploded on the spot and when we finally finished the food, Wee Vien and I went to grab ice-cream.
Much to our surprise, almost all was gone!!

After dinner, went to the playground nearby and the boys started their game of basketball.
Wee Vien and i went roaming around and I was happily swinging away on the swing!
Felt like a kid again. Jumped off the swing and headed for the see-saw!
Then we climbed this box thing right to the 2nd level and realised we were kinda high up, so we quickly descended.
We freakin found this equipment which i like to call "the sexy swayer"!
Took a video of us on it but Wee Vien FORBIDS me to post it anywhere!
Came home smelling like chicken on bbq.

Back home, did some blogging, chatting and ahem expressing about certain issues.

That was the SMS I received from dhinisya a few days b4 2day's coke and rum romping and I was like "Dang! I'm coming!"
Super fun today was! Lolx however, it was saddening that mr.emir ghazali couldn't join us! Divine intervention eh babez?

Reached Saji Mamak first to meet up with dhini and ryan, chit chatted there abit.
Then off we walked back to Dhini's crib for some rum baby!
Went straight to Dhini's room when we arrived and settled down.

Once settled down, Ryan pulled out coke and *stars sparkling* the rum!
Mixed 3 glasses and cheers, we drank.
We soon realised that the absence of ice is TMTH, so dhini went to get her super cute ice cubes shaped as bottles and puzzles!
We started talking and gossiping and talking and gossiping!
Then sip, pour and sip!

Lolx ok , what am I crapping now! Must be stll a lil tipsy. Mind me.
But then again, what is a day with audrey and dhinisya that doesn't involve pictures?
Lolx three of us brought out our trusty cameras/ hp cameras and snapped pix like there was no tomorrow!
I divulged a secret confession, ok wait make that 2 secret confessions to the lucky twosome.
One involves Baju Melayu (as you can see in my headline) and the other involves a boy.

emirikins called and said that he'll be running a lil late till around 6.30pm.
So we continued drinking,taking pix and talking,
These friends of mine are so funny that they made me laugh my pants off!
Then Ryan started stereotyping! hahaha! Just for laughs of course.
He stereotyped saying dhinisya is a typical indian because she is able to down glass after glass.
And I'm the typical Ah Lian he says because I took a few glasses and full stop.

When Emir finally reached home and called me, we went out to meet up with him.
Played a brief game of futsal/football until Dhini SEPAK the ball over to the neighbours house!
Stopped the game and walked to Saji Mamak again for a drink.
Went home when mum came to pick me up.

Straight away hit the showers and went out for shopping in Tesco.
Ate in Madam Lim's which I think is related to the Uncle Lim's kopitiam.
Then Aileen went to shop for Firdaus' birthday present and parents went for furniture shopping.
Dad bought this huge cabinet and I retorted "how r we gona bring it home??"
Dad said "that's why i drove the mpv today!"

More than a week has passed since my dearest granma passed away.
But I am sure she is in a better place now and I'm glad.

So, as a friend told me "Move on but never forget!"
On I move now! haha geez i really do miss blogging.
Was in Perak for 5days and my fingers were itching to just type something on a keyboard!
Could not even use the Blackberry because it was prayers, prayers, fold "kam chi", talk, talk, eat, eat, eat n sleep. This funeral has redefined my perspective on funerals lolx!

Am a little sleepy eyed right now as I chatted with Emir and Ryan until 5am in the morning! freakin! Many secrets were revealed haha! U guys are real fun!

Just came back from 1U after a stress-relieving shopping spree! Laid eyes on this beautiful pair of white velvet sandals which were so gorgeous that I wanted to grab em and make a wild dash from the shop. Beautiful! But when I turned the sandals around to check its price, eyes popped out, jaw dropped, mind boggled : RM 199.00
woot! I am not about to spend RM200 when I can buy 10 hindi movies babe!
Had family opted for thai food over vietnamese cuisine. So we dined at Just Thai.

Mum and sis are betting that I will get kicked out in less than a month as I will sleep overtime and take power naps in the afternoon.
I accepted the challenge confident that I will not get kicked out in less than a month!

Departure Of My Dearest Grandmother

How abrupt this demise happened..

No one expected it...

I lost yet another grandparent...

On 7th August 2008, 7.17pm, my beloved grandmother, Seah Leng Chuan left us forever.

Sigh.. I'm just so saddened that I can't write.

Was very close with her but she has now departed.

Chinese New Years will never be the same without her famous dishes.

Our house will never be as cheerful without her sweet voice.

But this is the circle of life.

One comes, one goes.

I will thoroughly treasure those priceless moments we had 2gether.

I will be leavin for Perak on friday and I don't know when exactly I will be back.

Her funeral will be held on the Sunday.

My relatives were by her side when she breathed for the last time in Perak.

My grandfather said she left peacefully without any struggle.

Just this afternoon, my mom and youngest sister, Ashley, called my granma.

My mum told my grandma to wait for us as we were comin down to Perak on Saturday evening and Ashley even told her "wo ai ni".

She stayed in my house for 3months when she was diagnosed with liver cancer. And just on wednesday she was sent back to Perak using an ambulance as it was her last hope to be in Perak.

Who knew that day when she left for Perak would be the last time I would see her, touch her, talk to her.

Sigh.. tears just won't come out anymore.

We were all looking forward to Saturday's trip back to Perak. But now, we will be there not to visit her but to attend her funeral.

I still remembered the golden times when she would teach Aileen and I hokkien folk songs and share problems with us.

She sometimes even buy reload cards for us and will always call Aileen every afternoon.

Aileen definitely felt the loss the most as she is very very close and attached with my grandmother.

Oh why oh why.

I guess I better sign off now. Will finish up my birthday post soon as there are many videos and pictures to upload.

Will be away for a few days at least.

Selangor Culture Cove Outing

Who knew culture could be so much fun??
This trip was one of the most fun trips ever! Maybe because almost all of my classmates attended it.
Activities of the trip included chocolate making, shopping, touring, fish spa, foot massage walkway, lunch and the super fun cultural dance show!

The most thrilling part was when I went up onstage to dance the traditional buluh dance from Sarawak!
Overall, it was a super duper exciting trip and it happened to be on my bday!
hahaha seeing that it is 6am now, I will retreat to my slumberland and continue tomorrow!

Pre-Bday Outing With Dhinisya and Emir

August 2nd! Whoa what a day!

Went out with Dhinisya and Emir to Amcorp Mall(Emir's 2nd home) and pre-celebrated my bday! I reached there in the afternoon and met up with the gang in the cc way at the top floor.

After strolling around, dhini's stomach was grumbling and we decided to have lunch.
Stopped at Sri Melaka for a scrumptious lunch (I only had ice lemon tea because I had a heavy lunch b4 i came).

Then Emir's friend, Kabir joined us. He's 28 years old but looks 20. Plus he is super super FUNNY!!
He is seriously so dramatic in his story tellings and he was explaining about the usage of ghee.
What is ghee? well apparently, ghee is a type of butter mainly used by punjabis. Their NORMAL uses include ingredients for food and hair moisturiser. But! Kabir said ghee is also used by HORNY (read:abnormal) punjabis as lubricants!! And you know what a lubricant is aint u?hahahaha I laughed my butt off hearing that!

Then Dhinisya abruptly left the table and sent me an SMS saying she will be back in 15 minutes time as she was meeting her friend. So ok i thought, just chilled with Emir while foddling with his cute PINK phone when suddenly he received a message. He asked me to read it as I was holding his phone and guess what it wrote "I am buying a bday cake 4 audrey. dun tell her, i want it to be a surprise"!! I showed him and kabir and they burst out laughing. So I replied her 'oh that's very nice. i won't tell her"
She replied "what flavour should I get her? Tiramisu or fruit"
I replied, " I think she would prefer tiramisu"

And in to the restaurant dhinisya came and I exclaimed to her "Hey isn't that the surprised tiramisu bday cake u got there?"

hahaha! Anyways I really appreciated all of it u guys!

We lighted the candles and sang bday song.
Then I cut the cake and made a wish.
When I opened my eyes, I realised I haven't blowed the candles!! too much excitement hahar!

After eating the cake, Emir's other friend, Ryan came.
He is also another funny dude to the max!

After a long time chit chatting and taking loads of videos and pictures, we parted ways and dhini, emir and I went to the ground floor to collect the business pants my dad ordered from Orlando.
Then Emir drove us home but before that, he purposely dropped by a kelana jaya cc to visit fik.
Fik is one of Emir's super hot friend whom I added on Myspace.
Then he sent dhini and I back and not much later, I arrived home.
Sat down for a few minutes and mum shouted "Audrey! don't u have chemistry? go and take a bath"
Dragging my tired but happy butt, I took a shower and off to TTDI for chem tuition.

Had a good night's sleep after this great fun day!

Pre-Bday Celebration With Family

Went to the Curve on Saturday for the first part of my Family Bday Celebration.
Walked and roamed the Curve before settling down in Vivo to order some fine Italian culinary dishes. Ashley attended a birthday party in TGIF and watched the mummy2.

After getting a table, we looked up the menu and ordered.
Dad had Salmon Steak, Mum had black pepper chicken steak, Aileen(does not eat meat) ordered seafood fish pasta, Ashley loved the children's set meal and I settled for Chicken Bolognaise Pasta. Dad ordered Chicken Fillet Panini as extra order.

After the yummylicious dinner, went shopping and Aileen bought a denim handbag.
Shopped some more until we ended in up in Tesco. Did some grocery shopping and off we headed home. Dead tired now. Signing off to bed! adieu!

All In A Day's School

Today's Friday was a little bit different than my other Fridays.

Nope, not because Natasha and I went nuts even before school started.

It's because I woke up early without the help of my trusty hp alarm!
Helped Pn.Rajeshwari with her Pendidikan Moral bengkel as one of the facilitators and I realized how friendly Ravishankar is!

After reccess, had add maths seminar. I asked Pn.Tie before the seminar started whether the speaker is capable of injecting humour to grab our attention. And Pn.Tie gave me that cynical smile which left me wondering.

30 minutes into the ceramah, most of us were dead bored. So to keep myself awake to listen to it, Natasha drew comics and we took silly pix and made stupid jokes! All that duduness!

Sunway University Excursion

Wow! What a fun and invigorating day this trip is.

Before embarking on our journey to Sunway University College, we were unpleasantly held up by our school administrators to check for missing badges/name tags, long hair, etc. After that whole hullabaloo, we set off to our destination.

Bus driver got lost and we took the somewhat longer way to sunway uni and in the midst of that, my frens and I took crappily funny videos which has to be P&C! haha!

Finally reached sunway uni, was greeted by this superly humorous lecturer, Tim!

He imparted knowledge on interview skills and essential tips for a successful interview. Tui Ya Tui Ya! Omigosh, that cheerful song is stuck in my head.

Part 2 of the lecture was more serious and was conducted by a lecturer who saves up a lot on shampoo as he is completely bald. He exposed us to different paths of careers in different fields.

Then took a tour around the palatial campus with Ito-the Indonesian dude as our tour guide. Whoa, was the place huge. And I bet we all got a kick out of climbing our way up the stairs all the way to the 6th floor!

After touring, we settled down in the cafeteria and had a generous serving of lunch. Aah, only God knows how I felt when I gulped down the cold, sweet orange sunkiss juice. Refreshing! Don't blame me, it was a super hot day with the sun scorching hot!!

After lunch, we waited at the lobby for our bus and took this opportunity to snap up pictures and memories.

Indeed, this trip was fun and educational! Sleepy now, signing off with pictures and videos for your view.

Calling Conscientiousness

It was a really tough reality pill to swallow when I was given my 2nd wake up call again.
I feel as though I'm not putting in enough effort. Oh goshes, SPM. Is about 3 more months away!
What preparation have I done?? When will I start?? I'm really glad things happened the way they did today.

School was again very fun, thanks to frens! (",) Went back home after extra classes and took a nap. All of a sudden was woken up by a surprise call from Firdaus! And there goes my sleep zzz.
However, didn't mind one bit as it was firdaus and if u're reading this fird, I REALLY don't mind! So no need to apologize again hahahha!

Ooh! I cannot wait to go to amcorp with dhinisya and emir this saturday! 3 words! shop shop shop! But before that, I have to put in more effort and prove my mettle! Ah, what am I crapping? But then again, that is the whole point of a blog aint it?

Eventful Monday

*krrrriiinggg* the school bell rang, signifying the start of a new week and time for assembly.

As usual, sang 3 songs and read Rukun Negara. And suddenly, En.Razaman announced that this will be his last week!

Back in class, we found out that the paint the school administrators gave each class for the banner in conjuction with Hari Merdeka corroded the polystyrene cup! Paint was all over that table. uggh!

Lessons soon started and we paid full attention ;)

Half way through add maths lesson, huichuin took my hair band and started finding new ways to use it. I must say, Fook Hoy looked good in the hair band =) hahaha! too bad didn't get a picture of that!

Came back home and my uncle dropped by to visit granma.
Took a power nap and woke up for bm tuition.
After tuition, I watched america's funniest home videos! i love that show i tell u!
Went online and chatted with firdaus and he invited me to his birthday party in august!
Can't wait!
Made arrangements with Emir for this saturday's amcorp mall excursion! can't wait for that too mr.sexy jaan!

A Tribute To Heath Ledger

The moment I watched "First Knight" some years back in the cinema, i was immediately drawn to the charismatic lead man --> Heath Ledger.

Unfortunately, he passed away and I was pretty devastated as I really enjoyed his movies.
So as my title writes, I paid a tribute to Heath Ledger on Sunday. How?
I paid RM10 for my movie tickets to watch Dark Knight!

Went out with Wee Vien, Rui Zhi, Sapphira, Christine and sis tagged along too.
This latest batman movie was definitely longer, darker and grittier!
But also nicer!

After the super nice movie which rui zhi didn't like too much, we rushed to search for the nearest washroom. But bloody hell! All the washrooms on that floor was freaking full (and so were our bladders). Then Wee Vien wanted to run for the escalator and I told her "y dun we just use the lift"
Used the lift, went up a floor, found a washroom and emptied our bladders.

Later on, we went shopping!! serious shopping! Went to nichii, teddy tales, tribal spirit, body glove, etc. , etc.
And suddenly, I was stopped in my tracks!
Wee Vien and Rui Zhi were shocked too by my reaction!
They asked what happened as I gapped in awe.
I pointed my finger and they twisted their heads.
And there it was, my dream handbag at White Sand, hanging there calling out my name, asking me to purchase it.
Owh(dramatically), I couldn't bear the agony the poor beautiful bag was feeling.
So, I grabbed with my grubby hands and handed it over to the sales lady and said "This is mine"
She said "Pay first and it'll be yours".

So after purchasing that dream of a bag, I skipped gayfully around the whole of 1 Utama clutching on to my bag.
Went to shop some more, until my dad called "Audrey, do you know you have tuition at 7.30pm"
I stole a glance from Wee Vien's watch and saw the time "7.oopm"
bloody hell! Raced home, ate dinner and packed up my things in a speed of lightning.
However, I safefully arrived at tuition and smiled at the thought of my bag.

Ok, this is very off-tracked from the title! But! It still remains that Heath Ledger will always be one of my favourite actors.

Shop, Shop, Shop!

It started off as an ordinary day. Wake up, brush brush teeth, face wash, went out for brunch, watched tv, pooped. alright i'm not divulging anymore.

Then as evening dawned, my dad uttered the magic words.

"let's go to curve"

As quickly as I said "yes!" i jumped into the shower and off we go headed to the curve which is like our second home as we go there almost every saturday.

Had dinner first at sushi king and ordered way too much. Had black pepper udon and other side sushis. The fact remains that UNAGI is my fave baby!

After that yummylicious dinner, went to with mum and sis to shop for handbags.

But before that, mum stopped me in my tracks and asked me to exchange my flats for her super high heels! All because I pandai-pandai asked her to wear that pair of high heels as it matches her outfit. And now her legs were aching, so I had to wear em!

I was seriously walking like a penguin at first.

Then, walked like an ostrich and was lookin as if i was going to fall!

Next time, I'm going to keep my big mouth shut!

Scouted for handbags and shopped some more!

Later my sister and I dropped by in Popular bookstore for a read.

Went home at 11.30pm and slumped on my couch massaging my legs. my achy breaky legs..!
